Farmingdale 2015

I recently received a letter from SUNY Farmingdale State College that I passed the first round of admissions for the Spring 2015 nursing program. I am scheduled to take the TEAS November 1st.

Just curious if anyone else has applied? Or even to hear from anyone in the program now!

    Wasn't the deadline for Farmingdale October 1st for all application reqs?

    Yes all of your transcripts and pre requisite courses need to have been completed by October 1st. After that date they went through and I'm assuming based off of GPA and courses completed they then went and sent letters to those who they want to take the TEAS. The TEAS exam has to be completed before November 3rd if you were told to take it and then depending on your score from that you may be invited back for an interview.

    Oh, are you a transfer student or incoming freshman? Because for me as a transfer student I was suppose to have the teas submitted by Oct 1st.

    I'm a transfer. I was informed to not take the TEAS until I was told to do so. Which then the letter that was sent to me told me to complete the TEAS before November 3rd and they offered me 2 dates at Farmingdale to take it.

    LITERALLY WHY HAVE WE NOT HEARD BACK YET. This is crazy.... i applied to ncc's nursing program as a safety with a score of a 78.9 on the TEAS and i got in without hesitation and now the registration for it is on Monday December 15th and we still have not heard from Farmingdale about our descion there. I don't know what to do, they said we should know within the first two weeks of december and I'm still waiting. not sure about anyone else but i check OASIS like 13 times a day this is giving me chest pains !!!!

    In another forum people were saying they send out the letters Monday December 15th! I had to already put a deposit for stony brook just as an undergrad because I need to continue with some sort of bachelors. What are you going to do about ncc?
