Failed the NET

Can anyone tell me the passing score for the NET. Does it very by program? I had gotten a 56 on the Math section of the NET. I had passed the reading section of the exam with a 76. The test is supposed to be basic knowledge. Why then must I study for such an exam? What are some resources that others on this forum have used to pass this exam? I'm attempting to get into an LPN program which doesn't require that all sections be completed but if I wish to use the scores at another school should I complete the writing and critical thinking sections of the exam.

Contact the school your applying to, they will tell you what score they require for entry. I bought the NET study guide from eriworld (http://www.eriworld.com the people who wrote the test) If you look at Csantos thread in the pre nursing section you see a thread named ALL ABOUT THE NET and here Csantos gives you advice on how to go about studying for the NET:specs:
