Failed nclex twice

I graduated from the Philippines with my bsn back in 2013 and moved to fl recently. I have taken the nclex back in nov last yr and failed with 75 questions and I recently took it again last week and failed once again with only 108 questions.

I feel like I am at a dead end and don't know what to do. I did Saunders the first time and hurst the second time. Now I am contemplating going back to school and getting a bsn degree here. A school has offered to evaluate my tor and enroll me in classes that they think I can benefit from.

Has anyone done this? Would you recommend it? I don't know what else to do and I feel like I'm at a dead end.
