Failed NCLEX first try

Hi everyone. So I just got my email form DOPL saying I failed the NCLEX. I'm pretty discouraged and upset. I took my test yesterday Jan 16th. I got 245 quesitons plus the survey questions which I didn't know I could skip! I knew I was doing miserable once I start to get to 170 and zoning out and getting tired. I took a break but nothing helped. I knew I failed. I used Ncsbn and u world as my main reviews. I was studying 3-4 hours a day and doing 200 questions. I just graduated nursing school Jan 5th and I'm just terrified I'm going to forget a lot I learned now. I thought I felt ready but maybe I wasn't? I currently live in CA and was looking at the review they offer in Burbank called Excell NCLEX? It's 9 days extensive review. The price is a little steep but if anyone has Feedbackk on it I would really appreciate it! Also any other tips on what to do to do better next time?
