Experience

Hello!

I just started my prerequisites and have been thinking about getting a job in the field while I take my classes. I am currently a receptionist in a Law Firm. What would be a good job to gain some experience. Any advice is appreciated!

This has been brought up on other threads. You might want to do a search to get more info. You could get a job as a patient transport or clerk. You could get some training and become a CNA, phlebotomist, or Health Unit Coordinator (that is what I'm doing). You might want to go to your local hospital's website and see what jobs are advertised, and what requirements are needed for those jobs. You might want to start by volunteering, just to see what the hospital is like.
