expected salary?

I'm wanting to get an estimate on what kind of salary and benefits package I should expect for a new FNP grad when I graduate next year. My first choice would be to work emergency medicine followed by urgent care followed by family practice followed by specialty care. Interested in salary comps in DFW area only please! Thank you!! Also any job securing tips would be wonderful!!

New grad FNP in TX? Expect to

be low-balled with offers in the 80's. I recommend holding out for a job that pays at least 90 plus benefits and CME reimbursal. Don't let anyone sucker you into paying for benefits like liability insurance out of your salary.
