what to expect in a phone screen interview

I had one last week. They like to ask basic questions to get a feel for you before passing your info on to hiring managers. Here are a few questions I was asked: Why do you want to work for our organization? How have your experiences shaped you as a nurse? Tell me about your experience. What was your best day in nursing? What was your worst day in nursing? How would your past supervisor describe you? What is your ideal nursing job? What type of traits do you like in your co-workers? Like I said real basic. Look over their web site for what I like to call "power terms" (mission statement, ect.) and use these words in your interview. Be honest and you will do fine!
