Epogen and Fe dextran in TPN

Hi, do any of you use Epogen and Fe dextran in your TPN for extreme premature/Vermont Oxford babies. If so, by chance do you use Epic in your units. We were acquired are switching to Epic and were told by the IT department since the main campus doesn’t they can’t do it for us. Trying to find units that are in fact able to do it. Thanks!
