employment reference under work experience section

the nmc requires atleast 2 employment reference, but i only have only 1 employer. can i leave it blank or just write n/a? thanks

    You probably can use multiple references from a single employer (I've used a manager and a coworker from the same former place of employment while seeking a new job). Call the HR recruiter and ask how they would like you to handle this part of the application - if they would prefer two from the one prior employer or academic/community-based for the second reference given your lack of work history.
