Hi Sir Dan, I'm Czerwin from the Philippines. 24 years old and a registered nurse.

Right now Im on my thesis writing of my Master of Arts in Nursing course with a research title, Knowledge and Attitude Regarding Professional Development of Nurses in a Public Tertiary Hospital in the Province of Antique, Philippines. I saw your article of on Organizational Barriers on Professional Development in Nurses. I just would like to ask if I can see your research instrument/questionnaire because I guess it can help me on my study. what ever the results or my study in the future are, I will always consider you as my contributor and will personally send you the hard copy of my thesis right after.
