Does anyone know an aussie or NZ RN working in Boise?

Hi all, I am an australian RN who trained in NZ. Myself and my family are looking to relocate to Boise mid - late next year. If we can get thru the red tape!!! I have extensively searched the web and called many relevant agencies, seems the process is really designed to weed out the not so serious. Everyone seems to send you to someone else and its hard to get a step by step how to work and immigrate to Boise. Have looked into agencies which would be a huge help but none are able to offer Idaho. Does anyone know of a nurse who has successfully completed the process I could talk/email to??? Have talked to both St Lukes and St Alphonsis in Boise/Meridian and it seems a job offer wouldn't be a problem. Any advice would be greatfully received.
