Hi,

I am graduating this spring and am thinking of moving to Portland. My interest is in Peds, and so I am considering applying to Doernbecher. Could anyone tell me their experience there...how is the pay? What is the schedule like? How well do nurses work together and is there a strong sense of community? I am looking for an energetic, fun, and competent team. Would this be a good place? Thanks!
