Dizziness and headache

Can I give stemetil and panadol together to someone who has dizziness and headache?

There's this patient who has dizziness in morning and I gave the patient stemetil as she was charted on it as PRN. She also complains of headache. I gave her panadol (charted as PRN) close to same time as stemetil.

Am I doing right thing?

Because stemetil is for vertigo which is dizziness caused by big headache. So the head ache she's having is symptom of dizziness.

Is it better to just give stemetil?
