Dismissed from lpn program

What can I do any advice 1 month away form graduation and got let go

Hey guys so I was in the rn program and left due to I was shy 2 points. So I figured let me go to lpn school so I can go back into my

program starting in nursing 3 instead of nursing 1. I was in the lpn program all A’s and B’s. Things where going wel I have a lot of back issues and living 1 hour away from the school I was late a decent amount of times. I had the highest grades in the class I got blamed for cheating multiple times when the computer exams where not in chronological order meaning every one had the same exam but the questions where scrambled. So that got let go then these girls where really picking on me making fun of me what I had for snacks that my highlighters annoyed them ect. 2 months before the graduation I got asked to sign a improvement plan so I signed it the week after I got into a domestic violence got a big black eye and I’m so much pain I didn’t even want to go to school so I still went to class and then before spring break they called me into the office a month before graduation and let me go I appealed the decision and 2 weeks after they told me they won’t let me back in the mean time I got accepted back into the rn program. But as far as this goes because I got beat but they didn’t care about me I guess what do you suggest I do ? Should I get a lawyer just let it go as far as the loan I took out for 4-5 grand I’m guessing I have to pay it back even tho I didn’t graduate. Can I have some advice what I can do as far as loan forgiveness can I cancel the loan ? Fsfa pretty much paid the whole things but can I call and cancel the pell grant or the loan what are my options has any one did this before thank you.
