Direct Entry or ADN for a BAPsych undergrad holder?

Okay, so here it goes...

I have a BA in Psych from Midway College, but I have decided not to pursue my Master's in Psychology (I was accepted at EKU, and for counseling at NKU).

I live about 50 minutes east of Cincinnati, I have two small children, and up-rooting them to move for college is NOT an option.

I have a 2.9 GPA, but it's slowly climbing, why?

1st time I went to college I went to a Community College, made terrible grades because had no direction or goals. I then switched to Midway and found interest in Psych and did very well, but my GPA from the community college was bad, my overall GPA is still a 2.9 :(

I just finished API, I got a C+, and I am in APII and hoping for a B+ but we will see. This spring of 2016, I'll be taking Micro w/lab. Just as FYI, I DO have a college BIO class, but I've never taken CHEM in my life!!! :(

Anyways -

Since I have to pay for EVERYTHING out-of-pocket that is considered 'undergrad', I am giving some thought to Direct Entries. UC needs B's is Prereqs' and so does OSU, Xavier said they would consider me because they take a "holistic" approach.

What should I do?

What are my chances of getting in?

I'm not a strong student... My husband always says I'm the worse student but smartest professional - I dunno.

ANYWAYS, ANY ADVICE WOULD BE WELCOMED!

thanks so much!
