Difference b/t Oasis-C v. B

What's the difference b/t Oasis-C and B? I did Oasis-B in 2008, and then more recently wanted to return to home health but was told that I had to know Oasis-C. How big of a difference is it, really? Thanks.

    I had the same problem. In 2008 I was doing B, then in 2012 I wanted to return to HH only to be told that if I didn't know C -- no hire. This makes zero sense to me b/c, yes, I doubt it's that much different! But I was going to post this same question. Anyone else want to chime in?? Thanks!!
