DHEC policy and procedures

Where can I find DHEC policy and procedures for nursing homes. I've searched the search engines and can find nothing on policy and procedures for the nurses, such as only blue or black ink can be used for documentation, residents can only be in their rooms or dining room, etc. I can only find policy and procedures for setting up a nursing home, nothing for nurses in particular. We had "Mock DHEC Surveyors" come in and they had a "bucket full" of new policies and procedures that we knew nothing about and I'm wondering where they got them from. I didn't get to talk to them personally, because I would have asked them. Thanks.

Are you in SC? Why don't you just contact DHEC directly and ask for their new guidelines?
