D I have to reapply to nursing program?

I got accepted to an LPN program but I missed two classes because of COVID and I did not send the email.

I went to class. But, I fell behind.  I tried to catch up as fast as I could.

I have a bad impression with the instructor. I was struggled to communication (language barriers).  She recommended to drop out the class if I don't understand the lecture.  She even looked into my previous gradeS to see if I can understand English before entering clinical.

I understand the lecture but only half of it.

I barely finish the the assignment. Transportation and employment are obstacles for me. It's so hard for me to catch up.

I can reapply to the program same college next year ... but, with the same instructor .... who doesn't trust me and looks down on me.

I have a bad impression with instructor.

I don't know if  it is good idea to reapply to the same college.

I ask nurse ... they said I have to apply to other school.

I don't have enough money to pay private school.

Do I have to wait 1 more year  and reapply the college?  Should I look for another major?
