Hello there,
I also applied for the spring semester. I am really nervous and excited to hear if I got accepted.
Hi! Sorry for the delay. I got in! Will I be seeing you there?

I have two sets of medium cox student scrubs and a jacket if u want. All students use same scrubs at cox college. I also have some skills kits if u want to practice skills. I left because an employee of cox health was following me around off, on campus and around town. Since this person sits on three boards in town they protected their behavior. One dean a nurse said "it ok he not touch u" other dean not in medical profession laughed said"just ignore it". Additionally, the newsleader published a discrimination lawsuit by a student that won twice for cox taking a year of nursing tuition and not allowing her to continued knowing about her 'disability' prior to starting the Rn program. They do a credit check and only care about u paying ur tuition and others have posted unless u are one of the chosen frozen u will be screwed and they won't make exceptions. Yea you can ask around this small town and eventually you will find someone that got creeped on by cox college staff. You could try to offer the head of school head, but I refused to go down that road. I have witnessed him creep on multiple students and contractors at the hospital. They had a professor fired for harassing students for sex. They have no rules addressing dating students. They have taken over OCH & CMH.they ship in cheap foreign nurses to help pay for the benz ambulances. Homecare gets better pay than hospital nurses here. it's is published and a matter of public record they sue people and put it on your credit if you don't pay off your bill. My friend got called out and he knew his surgery was paid off. They stated they had him mixed up with another patient. My bill they said was "paid" I called to check and sure enough the chick on the phone didn't know what she was talking about. No wonder they don't get money from patients. My advisor at cox confused me with the obese gal of same race as me, messed up my registration,& sent me a message addressing me as Steve, you need to register for class. I have long hair and feel I have a girl voice. I was not offended until he did the wrong procedure on a patient and blamed it on the student. They took my loan away not for failing a class but falling below enrollment. They stated my mothers neglect and subsequent death was not a good enough excuse for them to allow me to have a loan. I worked 4 jobs to pay for school, cost of living etc. I ended up homeless with no bed. I managed to graduate and complete my semester. My last term there I was so done with the unprofessional behavior by hospital staff, college profs., Etc outside of being stalked. I refused to sit for my finals. It was about principle not money. I refuse to pay the transcript which is the highest I ever seen for the other three private colleges I have attended.I decided to relocate for cheaper tuition, better reputation (cox is know for run around) and do I need to add to the list?! A medical doctor and my dentists are aware of the bad PR cox has in the community. I know people that use direct primary care or pay out of network and go to KC or STL for 'real care'. mercy has a great program but pricey and they don't let u transfer 6 hours of religion.i know a retired nurse that graduated from St. John's/ mercy had her career in Texas. She retired sw Missouri and stated she would be at mercy but after her experience there she changed to cox and said a bit better but here they don't give two ***** about u doesn't matter which network . And the medical teams in Dallas not do their patients like they "do" then here. Msu is long and only Bsn unless u go to west plains. Crowder has an amazing program cheap and articulates to Mizzou nursing school which is top ten in nation and tuition is $3000 less than cox and you don't have to deal with all the low income poverty stricken people that 417 has to offer. Yes be proud it's the top ten for mid size towns with low income and high crime. Welcome to tweeker heaven. Let me know if u want my scrubs or skills kits I'm leaving them with my friend in town. 417.336.8034 cell
