Could anyone help me...

Hello.. I would like to ask if someone knew how to schedule nurses in the station for their shifts if theres

1 head nurse (of course)

13 staff nurses

30 patients.

should work 40 hours per week

2 days day off

if the head nurse is on vacation leave for four consecutive days

one staff nurse is on leave for the rest of the month

one staff for paternity leave

another staff for vacation leave for 4 days

2 staffs for IV training for 3 days..

I'm so drained, and already have my headache, but still can't figure out how to schedule the staffs without conflict.. Pls, help..
