Cost of Attendance - What's missing???

I am about to start.

Just got my COA from the university. Besides the obvious (room, board, tuition, books, supplies, child care, university fees, transportation, equipment).

What are some of the other items that Financial Aid does not include and/or tell you about COA.

Example... Financial Aid did not include cost of computer, one time allowance untill I requested it.

Example... Healthcare, Financial Aid will include if it is the university policy but not private and or spouse policy.

Example...License to practice in State that one is attending school. Financial Aid reported NOT covered if you apply for the license prior to matriculation. Well most programs probably want you to have a license prior to starting.

Example... Renewal of ACLS, BLS and PALS. Financial Aid was not aware that these are required to do clinicals, their cost and it has not been added.

SO PLEASE HELP... WOULD PREFER TO BORROW MONEY(aggregate max is 138K) FROM GRADPLUS AND SUB/UNSUB SOURCE PRIOR WHICH IS BASED ON COA. PRIVATE LINES OF CREDIT ARE MORE EXPENSIVE.

WHAT ITEMS CAN BE ADDED TO COA THAT FINANCIAL AID DOES NOT INCLUDE.

Thank you
