Continuing nursing education

I am currently working on my associates in nursing and I would like to get my bachelors. I am curious if the nurses that have continued their education suggest beginning the bachelors program right after graduating with your associates degree or taking some time off in between?

Also did you feel prepared to work on the floor after graduating or did you learn more from your experience of working as a nurse?

In my opinion, it is best to keep going. I felt like a true novice and fish out of water when I first started working after graduation. Your confidence builds as you gain experience.
