You might need to talk to an instructor or nurse advisor at the school to determine your strengths/weaknesses. Maybe you just need a tutor till you get the concepts down. One grade is not enough to base your whole life upon. Good luck!

If you got C's on all of your pre-requisites, you'll probably find it difficult to get into a program and you may find yourself in over your head.
You probably need to do some investigating into WHY you're having so much trouble. Perhaps you need to learn how to learn. That took me a while to work out for myself.
The truth is, though, nursing might not be a good career choice for you.
Before you give up, though, you should really work to understand what's holding you back and decide the likelihood of improving. You should also spend some time deciding why you want to be a nurse as opposed to some other job.
Best of luck to you.

I would not worry about it. All of my science grades were C's and so far in nursing classes I have nothing less than an 89. Just keep pushing yourself and you'll be fine.
