Omg I am freaking out. That test was pretty ridiculous for the most part. Idk if I passed or failed miserably. When is the most accurate time to do the PVT trick? I'm about to **** a brick..

I just passed yesterday with 75Q. And I wished I learned before taking the test is that, half you got wrong and half you got right. That's it's job as the test, is to find out at what level where you get 50/50 right and wrong. Once it knows where you are at that level, then it knows if you are above standard or below. And at 75Q, you were not near the border. I passed my comp predictor at 99% and those questions were no where as hard as the ones I had on the NCLEX. Half of mine were SATA, Half were priority questions. So, really, no one can tell you whether you passed or not because the questions were built to be 50% pass and fail for you. So it really was hard for you. But did the questions ask you stuff that you had never seen before or were they questions that were in 1st semester and you just can't remember the answer. Maybe that would help.
They were questions that I had no idea. Some stuff I had never seen before.. I'm pretty sure I got the last one wrong.
It's easy to say that now, after the fact, but try not to worry. I stayed up way too late convincing myself that I failed. Like I said, there really is no way to guess or know whether you passed. Some people say that the questions were way too easy and they know that they failed. But you didn't so there is hope.
