College of the Desert (COD) Fall 2024

Hi all,

I got my first acceptance today and it was from COD. I happened to also get my first denial on the same day from Chaffey (they sent me the rejection 4 times!). Did anyone else get accepted into COD? I live in LA so I'm hoping to connect with others who might be attending in the fall. I'm still waiting to hear back from 10 other schools closer to me.

I'm not sure what my final points came out to be but I have a previous Bachelors degree that I got extra points for, and I took 2 of the extra nursing specific classes that gave me extra points. I have an overall GPA of 3.6 and my pre-rec (science) class GPA is a 4.0. Didn't get any points for extra language, or local high school attendance.
