Does anyone know any specific Nursing Homes in the Central Florida area that offer CNA training in exchange for work?

Does anyone know if any Nursing Homes or any other healthcare facility that will pay for you to take a Red Cross CNA training course in exchange for work?

I'm trying to go back to school for nursing because I have 3 nurses in my family :specs: . I already have a business bachelor degree, but I'm over the business world and have the passion for nursing.
