I am a stay at home mom getting ready to get back into CNA work. I took the training course 8 years ago and I have to test again. Any ideas to help me relax over the skills part without a skills checklist? Any help would be wonderful!!

You need a current skills list. I got certified in June and licensed in August and in my state the skills requirements have already been changed and as of Sept 1 there are three more skills.
The other thing is that there are steps that you absolutely cannot leave out. It may be that how you learned them 8 years ago may not be the way they are taught now.
You NEED the current skills list for your state.
