2. for CNA license exam where and how often it is give in a year?
is there a official online resources for CNA exam?
3. If you know a good CNA program in east bay area (Fremont, Union City and Hayward), please share it with me.
3a. I found 2 schools offer CNA training-Medical career college in Fremont, Presto Vocational Institute in Los Altos.
If you have taken courses from these 2 schools, please share your experiences with me.
3b. Is there a free CNA training program in nursing homes or local hospitals (they pay for your training)?
4. Career outlook for CNA - how is the job market for CNA, what is the pay range for a entry level position?

hi jeff,
i live in the east bay also and just started looking into CNA programs. I found one that sounds promising -- ncp college of nursing (www.ncpvocational.com) -- and they have a location in hayward.

As for your first question, your state board of health's website should have a list of all approved CNA training sites.
It took me awhile to find it on the dept of health website, but here's the link to the CNA training centers in California. http://www.cdph.ca.gov/services/training/Documents/CNATrainingPrograms.pdf . Thanks yousoldtheworld.
