Great question—did you end up finding an LPN position that fits your schedule? Typically, you can continue working as a CNA after earning your LPN license, as long as your employer allows it. Although, you'll be held to the standards of your LPN license, even if you're working as a CNA.
Also, since you're already planning ahead for your nursing career, I wanted to mention that St. Ambrose University offers an online LPN-to-BSN program.

I'm currently a CNA in nursing school in Michigan at the end of this semester I can take my test for lpn however the place I currently work at does not have an lpn job that works with my schedule for school my question is can I take my lpn test and work as a CNA until I find a place that can work with my school schedule or once I get your lpn can I not work as a CNA any longer ?
