CNA, looking for Phlebotomy, please help

Hey guys, just finishing up my CNA certification, and i was wondering if anyone knew where I could get some phlebotomy training in the twin cities. Nights or weekends would be best, as i am a working adult. Also, i am not looking for like a 5 class program offered at MCTC or something, I already am a CNA so i think i should be able to get Phlebotomy certified with just one class. Is there even a phlebotomy state certification, or is it just a certificate of completing a training program? Thanks in advance everyone!!!

Hmm...

I'm not positive on this, but I think it's just a certification thing.

Here's the kicker though...some facilities will not accept outside certification. You must go through their own phlebotomy training (usually a 6 hr course and then making rounds with a phelbotomist until you meet a set number of successful "sticks.")

Good luck.
