I just recently interviewed with a nurse recruiter and she set me up to have a panel interview with the directors of the hospital. She told me they are "tough cookies" and they will be asking me clinical situation type questions. Her job was to assess my personality and see what type of person I was. She told me the panel interview will test my nursing knowledge. I am feeling very nervous though, because I am a new grad and do not have any experience in nursing, and I am afraid I will not be able to answer these types of questions as well as a seasoned nurse may be able to do so. She said the only advice she could give me was to use the nursing process but i'm still worried. Does anyone have any ideas what type of questions I could expect during this type of interview??? Any help I could get would be wonderful!!! Thank you :)
