Clinical instructor interview

I have an interview next week for a clinical instructor. Does anyone have any tips? Common questions asked? I know a question about how to deal with difficult students will definitely be asked. TIA!

You might have already interviewed but for someone who may find this thread...

I was recently interviewed for an adjunct clinical instructor and the questions asked were straightforward. I was asked what teaching methods I would utilize in the clinical setting?  How would I handle disputes between students, or staff and what actions would I take? How would I handle a "difficult student" or situation? My favorite, why did you choose nursing education? There were a few more but these were the memorable ones!

I gave honest answers and if I didn't know exactly what to say, I thought back to personal experiences while either in nursing school or as a bedside nurse. The interview process is not meant to be difficult but the facility does want to make sure you'll be a good fit for their team.

Thank you! I did already have my interview, and a lot of those questions were asked!
