Chesapeake General?

Can anyone give me some info on Chesapeake General hospital? Not so much the pay, that's been discussed before. Do you know if they hire new grads into specialty areas? so they treat thier nurses well? Support continuing education?I'm graduating soon and keeping all available options open.

I spoke to the nurse recruiter at Chesapeake General and it depends on what school you graduate from on whether or not they will accept you into specialty areas as a new grad. If they wont, they will start you in med/surg...

I am doing clincials right now at Chespeake and really like it. It's a clean hospital and the nurses (so far) treat the students really well. I really like it there.

Good luck!
