challenge exams

i took a 2 year nursing program at a local vocational school (BOCES) in central new york during my junior and senior year of high school. i took my NCLEX over a month ago and passed my first time- making me a 17 year old LPN! i moved to new hampshire for college to get my RN and because i am already and LPN i get to start college as a junior as long as i can pass the following challenge exams- nursing fundamentals, nursing care of adults 1 and 2, and the oh so dreaded Anatomy and Physiology. has anyone out there taken any of these challenge exams? what should i use as a study tool? are they really hard tests? my student adviser at my college knows nothing about them, only that i need to take them and pass or i'm screwed. any help at all would be greatly appreciated. thanks so much.
