CGFNS CES Application

Hi Nurses! I need help because I'm quite confused. I am a Registered Nurse in the Philippines but I am a green card holder. I have already paid CGFNS CES for my evaluation so that I can apply and take the Florida NCLEX. I have also sent my university and PRC the request forms needed. Now what i dont know is do where to i put my High school Diploma? Will I send it by myself? Or can i put it together with my College diploma? and is it only the HS diploma? Or do they need my grades and transcript too? What about the RLE hours and course description, should i send it too? Thank you so much!

    Hi fellow filipina! :D You can mail it yourself to CGFNS, what I did was I printed my CGFNS information (just to let them know who's sending it and I have a valid account) and sent it together with my HS and College diploma (photocopies). Also, it will be better if your school will include your RLE transcript and school transcript. Hope this helps!
