Where do you get good CEUs? I actually want to keep learning things, but it seems like a lot of the CEUs I've found are lacking in info or are unclear.

First, they are now called "contact hours". We don't use the units any longer.
I am lucky because my state, Texas, requires continuing nursing education and actually defines what it must be in the NPA. My hospital subscribes to two online services to provide free CNE.
If an activity is approved by an approver of the ANA credentialing center, Emergency Nurses Asso, and other professional organizations I would trust them. Manufacturers offer some free ones online. Medscape has free nursing CNE. I think if you google for it you might find something. The professional nursing journals offer CNE each month. If you do not subscribe you can still participate by following the directions in the journal (acquired at Library). Good luck!!

Try signing up for some courses as well. Whatever kind of nursing you do, there are likely one and two day courses related to your work. Employers often pay for this.
I just did TNCC. Hospital pays for the class and book. Hospital pays me to attend. I get CEs. I get to network with colleagues and learn from them. Same when I do IABP inservice, or anything else like that.
You may have similar opportunities available.
Medic09 is right. ACLS, PALS, and other similar courses offer CNE for the provider (initial) course. You may not be able to claim contact hours for renewal courses or courses that are repeated but there was not significant change in the curriculum.
