CEU credits

I was attempting to renew my LVN license online and I believe I made a mistake. This will be the second time I renew my license but the first time I am required to provide CE credits. I already paid for the online renewal but didn't realize that only applied to nurses who have already completed required CE credits, witch I have not. I am unsure of how many credits I have obtained. Does anyone know what happens with the online application I have already submitted and paid for? How do I verify how many more credits I need? How do I submit the credits and where? Any info helps. Thank you.
