CCTN application/process

Hello all,

I know some conversation has happened regarding the CCTN but I am STRUGGLING trying to get my application done. Has anyone used the "goAMP" site (which is really just PSI)? Or did you use the paper application and wait for confirmation to test? I feel like I'm having so many struggles with applying online and PSI has not really been bale to help me.
