CCSF Nursing Application Help

Hey, is there anyone who has applied or is applying to CCSF’s nursing program? There are a few things on there that I don’t understand and the email I sent hasn’t been replied to for a while.

I took AP English in HS and I sent it to the Matriculation office. For the nursing application, do I send in my Course Placement Report? Under course placement it says “English Placement Test Waiver: Eligible for ENGL 1B”. Is this the one I have to submit in replacement for English 1A?

Also, is there any specific documents I need to prove I’m a first gen college student? Is just a personal statement enough?
