case study for cellulitis taking suprax on AAPIE format

Hi! this is my first time to do a nursing diagnosis, and we have to use the AAPIE data. Mr. Smith is receving Suprax for cellulitis of his arm . He is experiencing fever, cough, headaches and some spotty purplish-reddish lesion on his torso. When checking a drug book you noticed that this drug is a cephalosporin.

I need to know how to do the assessment, analysis, planning . Please help me really confuse!:uhoh3:
