Career Advice needed!!!

Hello everyone, i am new here. Found this website today so i thought i would give it a try. I am a nursing student in the UK, started my course in September 2002, due to unforseen circumstances, i still haven't completed my nursing training. I have currently failed one of my modules in my final year, so i am going through an appeal process to get reinstated. I am not praying for the worst but if i don't get reinstated, are there any unis that would take me and the credits which i have gained both in the US and in the UK. Are there any other career options i can pursue with the credits i have gained as Nursing was my first uni diploma, which i haven't completed!
