Brush up on fundamentals, positioning before and after lab proc, immunzation schedule, infection control, diet for specific disease condition, and pn and cna scope of práctice. Before you answer, ask yourself why is it the right answer. Read the question twice if possible. I hope this hope.
Im taking my NCLEX RN too i dont tell to anyone when anxiety so high! vistaril cant help me! My first time and been so long out of nursing field.I have my kaplan but never done all Qbank doing 265 questions and reading rationale NCLEX 4000.just keep on praying more pray and studying a lot.we cant make it perfect and its allowed to have wrong answer.Build CONFIDENCE and it will gonna have positive result!we can make it ! 2 hours after our exam We will say '' IM a Nurse!''
have you guys studied about EKG reading? im answering the kaplan qbank and there is a question here where i need to calculate and record the beats per minute of the rythm strip based on the image that is on the book but i do not have any idea how to calculate it and it doesnt even explain very well in the book. any help please?
feel the same way here,feel i dont know many things ... but when im answering the nclex 4000 i said " uhhh why i know the answer?its inside, we just dont know its already there! theres a lot of people (co worker,friends,relatives and church co members) saying you can make it ! and i do believe too! relax relax and relax. sleep well dont burnout! we will gonna make it!

nclex pn is only a few days away!!! can anyone give me any advice or encouragement ?? i've done kaplan review and qbank, saunders 4ed + cd, exam cram, and lacharity... i also printed out the nursing study guide i got from allnurses.com... i am planning on studying that for the next few days... i feel like i'm missing something please help... =/
kaplan qbank scores: 60,74,58,64,80,68,70... my overall is 63%
saunders scores: 69,65,70... mostly in high 60's
exam cram: mostly in the high 60's low 70's
lacharity: scores are in the 70's
this is my second attempt !!! i really want to pass this exam and would lovee some advice...
