Calling Out...

Okay so I just come back from my chemistry lab and notice that my car is kinda not riding right so I pay it no mind. When I park and get out of the car I noticed that the rear passenger tire is a little deflated and low and behold there's a nail....

I'm supposed to be at work tomorrow.. well today at 7am and work till 7pm but i'm on orientation. So I call some friends and none of them are willing to give me ride because its either too early or they work. I check the bus schedule and I would have to transfer to three different lines and I'd still be an hour late. My job is about 30 miles from my house btw.

I called the nursing supervisor to tell her about my dilema and her response was.... " That is not an excuse, I expect you here at 7am, you have a 8 hours to find a way." I tried, I genuinely did but what else can I do. If I take the bus I have to wake up at 4 30am and walk 3 miles to the bus stop.
