Botox and Filler NP

Hello all. I have a Physician Assistant friend who recently introduced me to the idea of botox and filler on the side from my full time position. She does do this on the side of her full time job. I am just curious as to what I may need to do. I am certified in botox and filler as I recently took the certification and I have a collaborating physician at my full time place of employment....I have prescriptive authority, DEA, and individual insurance.

Should I find a different collaborating physician for my botox and filler side work? I am worried to tell my current collaborating physician, because he is the medical director and I don't want it "out there" in my current facility that I am doing this as I like to keep things like that separate.

Any other NPs doing this?
