which is best?

Here in the UK at the hospital I'm planning to work after I graduate they have a newly qualified development programme, which I'm going to join as it, as it's not only the best way to get a job but will also give me experience in two areas. I'm thinking of applying to work in recovery & the surgical exhanced care area (a ward where patients require more care than wards but not as much as ITU or HDU) but I also like the idea of working just in theatres & doing scrub & recovery.

I wondered what everyone's thoughts on this was, I don't know would be best as I like the idea of all three but can only do 2. I will also work in each location for 6 months, I just worry that if I just worked in theatres then it will be hard for me to work on the wards.
