Best Accelerated BSN Program in DC Area?

I am interested in applying to an accelerated BSN program in DC area. If money were no object (an obviously artificial assumption), how would you rank the academic reputations of the following programs and why: George Mason University, George Washington University, Shenandoah University, Marymount University, Trinity University.

I am thinking of pursuing a MSN in FNP or a DNP in FP as soon as possible after completing the BSN and passing the RN exam. Should that goal influence which ABSN program I apply to?

How would you rate these programs regarding competitiveness of the admissions process?

Of these programs, I think GMU is the only 12 month program, correct?

Thank you for your insights.
