band 6 paediatric interview

Hi

i have an interview on friday on the ward im currently working on, ive been a band 5 there for 13 years and now ready for a challenge.

any ideas of what questions they may ask me? its a mixed medical and surgical ward at a small district general hospital.

just wondering if anyone has any tip of things i need to read up on in preparation.
