Back to School Computer Advice

Happy holidays everyone,

I’m going to be starting the bridge program in the next couple weeks, and because of this,my wife gave me a Chromebook for Christmas to use in school. 
I’m very new to Chromebooks so I am wondering for those of you that have one or have used one in the past, what extensions or apps you recommend for an improved learning experience?
 

If you guys have any other tips or advice I’m open to those as well. Again, I hope you all had a wonderful holiday.
