Back From My Interview

Hi Everyone.

I am back from my interview. I think it went well. I met with the Nurse Recruiter, and we discussed benefits and pay etc. Then she took me over to the Nurse Manager on the unit. I had wait for a while (the nurse recruiter stayed with me),because they had 5 babies flown in today, lost 1 and 1 was on the way to the OR for an emergency procedure. I offered to come back an another time, but the manager was like "no i like you, we gotta get this process going"

So I had a very quick interview with her. She had me sign up for shadowing and asked me when I would be able to start. She talked to me about the orientation process. She told me that when I come back she'll have two of her nursing staff interview me and get me to meet with the Nurse Educator on the unit. When we were wrapping up she commented on my "good handshake" and told me that she thought I was very mature for my age.

Not sure how to take it yet.
