I don't have time to research it, but try going to the NLN site. The school must be accredited by the NLN in order to be eligible to take the NCLEX, without going through the foreign nurse stuff...(I believe). Not fully familiar, but NLN is definitely the governing body.

Guys its official, (from cgfns)

finally cgfns told me that aua in not accredited,

american university of antigua is not accredited by new york state dept. Of education,

that means you can not sit for your nclex if you went to aua.

And also lehman is not going to transfer any of your credits since school you went to is not recognized by new york state dept. Of nursing and dept. Of education. I also called about 14 states to ask them about their credit transfer policy and they all told me that if school is not recognized then there is no chance of me getting any credit transferred any where in united states of america.

Also i got accepted into st. Kitts guys, thank lord. So much lies over at new york office, cant believe it.
